Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is an essential role as part of the company's Marketing Communications team and will work closely with team members and management to lead the tactical execution of a variety of Marketing Communications programs and campaigns. It is a key tactical role that will provide hands on support in preparing and executing regional marketing programs including: trade shows, advertising, brochure/collateral creation, e-mail blasts, e-newsletters, videos and special events, as well as coordination of day-to-day administrative duties required to support marketing communications department. This individual will collaborate with various program marketing managers and stakeholders to create and deliver compelling content to our audience and will help lead the effort in generating demand and quality sales-ready leads for the company. It is a fast paced, team-oriented environment that requires motivation, focus and flexibility with the ability to handle multiple assignments and aggressive deadlines.

Your duties

• Based on strategic guidance, deliver brand and creative marketing content across a diverse mix of communications channels/mediums in support of new product launches, initiatives, promotions, events and other sales and marketing programs. Coordinate and execute various lead generation programs and campaigns, including: e-mail blasts, enewsletters, print and online advertising, collateral, webinars, videos, tradeshows and special events. • Establish and monitor project calendars’ for the various channels and ensure timely execution, adhering to deadlines and schedules for program deliverables. • Oversee and execute regional tradeshows/road shows/special events which includes coordination of booth design/layout, messaging and graphics, product demos and videos, show sponsorships and promotions and event logistics. Support and staff as needed. • Coordinate media placement - work with various publications/ad reps to coordinate the placement and results tracking of all North America advertising • Create email blasts using marketing automation tool – this includes layout along with message creation using best practices. Stay educated and on the leading edge of marketing automation technologies and techniques. • Work with various vendors/third parties/outside agencies to create compelling creative assets (within corporate brand guidelines). Ensure timely accurate delivery of materials and services as well as analyze performance. • Actively participate in brainstorming/creative sessions with marketing staff and/or outside agencies • Oversee the management of assets - both digital and printed. Coordinate distribution of printed material to internal groups and maintain inventory levels. • Ensure consistency of Kontron brand and company messages throughout programs, campaigns and projects • Track KPIs, analyze data and present ROI reports on responsible marketing activities to management • Order promotional items and oversee the Kontron online store. • Perform various administrative tasks and any other related duties as assigned by supervisor • Role may require up to 10-15% domestic travel

Skills required

• Bachelors degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, English, Communications, related field or experience • 1-3 years preferred on-the-job experience • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) proficiency and/or graphic design highly desired • Working understanding of marketing automation tool - such as Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot preferred. • Ability to work effectively within a fast paced group with "team spirit," demonstrate flexibility, as well as independently motivated with minimal supervision • Strong ability to present new ideas persuasively and passionately • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
