Activation Opts for ´Out of the Box´ Global Solution

Activation IKM, a business area of General Dynamics, is partnering hardware manufacturer ICS Advent for the world wide deployment of the Policy Point servers for its Actipol PBN solution.

Chichester, U.K., June 15, 2001 - Actipol enhances business continuity and productivity by automatically identifying types of traffic and prioritizing delivery to specified users according to predetermined business objectives. As the system is pre-configured to accommodate business critical activity, it allows the policies governing the allocation of network resources to be changed in real time via a notably clear, simple and intuitive GUI.
