Eching/Nuremberg, Germany, March 01, 2011 —Kontron, a global leader of embedded computing technology, today announces it has been named a Microsoft Windows Embedded Gold Partner, given many years of excellence in developing and manufacturing embedded computing platforms based on Microsoft Windows Embedded operating systems. The Windows Embedded Partner Program aims to provide companies with increased business opportunities, market awareness and technology advice. In addition, Gold Partners such as Kontron are allowed early access to future software solutions and trends.
